Severe erosion affected the shorelines Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort during the southwest monsoon. An innovative combinaton of highly robust composite Geotube® units and Geobags was used to rehabilitate and protect the beach front of the resort. The Geotube® systems were cost effective and offered ease in handling and filling while providing the required stability and protection against harsh waves and UV exposure.
